Emmanuel Mforlem is a Cameroonian civic leader, entrepreneur, and social impact advocate committed to contributing to positive change in Cameroon. I am the Founder and President of AIOCAM (Cameroon Awareness and Orientation Initiative), a citizen-led organization focused on civic education, youth orientation, responsible citizenship, community engagement, and social development. Through AIOCAM, i work to encourage young people and communities to take greater responsibility for the society they live in, with a strong focus on awareness, values, behavioral change, and practical community action. I also bring professional experience in corporate investigations, background verification, due diligence, and risk management through RISCAM, where I help organizations make better-informed decisions. My broader vision is to help build a more responsible, engaged, and socially conscious Cameroon by turning awareness into action.
