Ayuk Etta builds the infrastructure that African founders need but too often lack. He focuses on the structural foundations that help promising ideas become enduring companies, including capital networks, product design expertise, incubation systems, community, and visibility.

He founded Mountain Hub to support entrepreneurs across Cameroon and Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa through business creation, incubation, and acceleration, and he also leads Mountain Angel Network and CITSCM, the Cameroon International Tech Summit.

As Director of Programs and Startups at Enovation Factory, he designs national-scale startup programs and built Scale 32, a UNDP-partnered initiative supporting 32 tech startups. Previously, he worked as a software engineer at ActivSpaces, as Managing Director at Kuelap, Inc., a Seattle-based American Fintech company, and founded Skylabase. His technical background continues to shape his work across the startup ecosystem.
