Monji Christelle is a dynamic youth leader and advocate who holds a BSc in International
Relations and an MSc in Conflict Resolution. She is dedicated to transforming the social
landscape of Cameroon. Partnering with leading NGOs, she champions youth leadership, gender
based violence prevention, and children’s rights through high-impact training and community-led
initiatives. Monji’s work focuses on dismantling harmful systems and amplifying the voices of
the vulnerable. She empowers the next generation to lead with integrity, ensuring that sustainable
change is driven by action rather than just awareness
