Dr. Kah Evans NGHA is a senior lecturer in the university of Yaoundé I since 2019. He is a medical anthropologist with expertise in action-research especially in baseline studies, monitoring and evaluation not leaving out feasible studies and impact evaluations. He has done many health researches with the Ministry of public health, WHO, UNICEF, World Bank, Baptist health services just to name a few. He was part of the performance based financing pilot studies of the World Bank with IFORD in Cameroon. He took part in 56th international training on performance based financing ( with focus on health ).
