Dr. Kinga Bertila Mayin is a prominent Cameroonian health economist, academic, and human capital development consultant currently serving as an Education and Social Protection Consultant at the World Bank Group, where she analyzes early childhood care and education systems in Cameroon. She holds a double Ph.D. in Development Economics and Health Economics, Policy, and Management, and has over a decade of teaching and research experience, notably at the Catholic University of Cameroon (CATUC). Alongside her position on the Board of Trustees for the African Health Economics and Policy Association (AfHEA) and her role as co-founder and president of the Health Economics Association Cameroon (HEAC), she actively advocates for women’s rights through the Dynamic Association of Women’s Empowerment (DAWE). Uniquely blending her academic expertise with personal development, she pioneered the concept of a “Temperament Development Economist,” using the study of human temperaments to coach individuals and leaders toward professional growth and productivity
