Transformative Health Research and Innovation for Vulnerable Ecosystems
I am a Medical Doctor, Researcher, and Google Project Management Professional with over five years of experience in implementation research and field project coordination. I focus on managing public health projects in challenging environments. As a Field Researcher and Programme Coordinator, I have led the piloting and subsequent scale-up of three pragmatic large-scale Integrated Service Delivery projects and four Implementation Research Projects, from planning and site setup through data collection, monitoring and evaluation to study completion, closure and scientific publications. I have worked closely with multi-regional and international partners, including Fujifilm, AI Diagnostic, and the STOP TB Partnership, to implement standard protocols and ensure effective collaboration. I’m strongly interested in integrated service delivery and health systems strengthening at the primary health care and community level, reasons why I founded the PHC and community association called THRIVE to serve vulnerable populations in the Northern Regions of Cameroon.
