Dr. Simon Noudji is a Cameroonian physician and public health expert who currently serves as the Head of the Communication, Marketing, and Promotion section for the National Universal Health Coverage (UHC) program at the Ministry of Public Health. Appointed as Deputy Coordinator of the Ministry’s Personnel Mutual Fund (MUPE-MINSANTÉ) in July 2026, he previously played a key role in health crisis management by coordinating airport health surveillance and PCR testing during the COVID-19 response. Today, he is a leading figure in modernizing Cameroon’s healthcare system by driving digital enrollment and public awareness campaigns for universal health access.
