Gawah Emmanuel is a FinTech, digital finance and development professional with 10+ years of experience spanning financial services, programme management, policy analysis and digital innovation. He holds an MSc in Financial Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University as a Chevening Scholar and a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Buea.

He is the Founder of the Cameroon FinTech Lab, where he works at the intersection of financial inclusion, digital payments, data and public policy. His work focuses on using technology and evidence to strengthen financial ecosystems, particularly across Cameroon and the CEMAC region. He also works as a Digital Innovation Specialist and Trade Finance Analyst, supporting businesses and development-oriented initiatives.

His interests include FinTech policy, interoperable payments, AI, blockchain, trade finance, SME finance and digital transformation.
