gMartina Ajie Azaah épse Enow is a Cameroonian lawyer, transformational leader, social development advocate, policy advocacy, author and mentor committed to justice, empowerment and sustainable social transformation.

She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Cameroon Bar Association, Founder & Executive Director of Women Imparting Values for Development (WIVADEV), and a PhD Researcher focusing on the Rule of Law. She holds an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership from Perspective Development Institute in Affiliation when the Emmanuel Theological Institute South Africa. She has academic and professional interests spanning law, leadership, human rights, gender justice and social development.

Martina coordinates the GBV Justice Alliance, leads the Uncommon-Breed Mentorship & Career Coaching Academy, My Little Sister Movement, and convenes the Ignite Impact Summit. Through her work, she advocates for the empowerment of women and girls, leadership development, mentorship, policy reforms, access to justice and community transformation.

She is the author of The Resilient Girl’s Pledge and Chronicles of the Survivors. She has reached over 5 million people directly and indirectly, provided shelter for over 60 underprivileged girls for periods of up to 4 years, supported over 50 vulnerable girls with tuition, empowered 200+ girls with basic skills to build financial independence, mentored/powered over 1500+ girls and women. Sensitized, Protected and responded to children, girls and women at risk of or facing GBV in several communities.
She is a wife and a mother of Two biological children and several foster children.
