Odette Mengwi is a Cameroonian Biology teacher, community leader, and youth advocate with over eight years of experience in education. She is passionate about empowering young people, particularly those in underserved communities, through education, leadership, civic engagement, and environmental awareness. She founded WeLead237 Collective, an initiative focused on developing leadership and active citizenship among young people. Odette also coordinates school-based humanitarian and environmental activities and is committed to contributing to sustainable development and inclusive education in Cameroon.
