Njoya Pefensie is a computer science engineer with a Master in project management, founder and president of the center for community empowerment and development since 2019 , he has recently implemented a GIZ Project PRODEF ( promotion de la participation digitale et économique de la femme ) in the west region of Cameroon from Mars 2025 to May 2026 as digital transformation expert , he has also implemented 4 months projects of ITC (international trade centre ) funded by the European Union on Advocacy and intra-African trade .
